Regan is the franchise owner of Business Finders Edmonton. His educational background includes a psychology degree with a business minor from Concordia University of Edmonton.
Regan’s business experience includes 10+ years in the oil and gas industry, developing and implementing growth opportunities within and between organizations as well as the creation of long-term value from customers, markets, and relationships. Regan noticed a gap in the market and founded his own oilfield service company, this helped him to refine his understanding of the challenges involved in business ownership.
Regan knows the importance of helping business owners protect their customers and employees relationships in the business selling process. He is passionate about facilitating the transfer of the business’s culture and legacy, while creating opportunities for new business owners to thrive. Regan has strong negotiating and problem solving skills with an acuity for creating mutually beneficial experiences for buyers and sellers.

Ron has extensive experience in business and sales, including 28 years of technical sales in the industrial chemical industry, then owning his own franchise in the financial sector, and most recently, 8 years as a Regional Development Consultant in the health field.
Prior to life in business, Ron received his Bachelor of Science, and Bachelor of Education degrees from the University of Alberta. He was subsequently drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and played there for two years before succumbing to a serious knee injury. He continued in sports for another 4 years by being a regular on the Stampede Wrestling circuit.
While recovering from knee surgery, to pass the time, he tried his hand at painting. What began as a therapeutic hobby, turned into a professional career, and eventually Ron was showing his art in galleries throughout Western Canada. With his connection to art, he is a past president of the Federation on Canadian Artists, Edmonton Chapter.

Ray is extremely passionate about business and entrepreneurship and his main priority is to always satisfy the needs of all of his clients. Ray graduated from a Business Management Program from Macewan University and brings 5 years of sales, leasing and business experience in real estate.

Karen Michele West brings a wealth of business experience from a variety of industries. With over 22 years of building multiple businesses from the ground up, owning a franchise and being a business advisor, her commitment and dedication to her clients is second to none. Her formal education was acquired at Grant McEwan University in Business Management Studies. I am the CEO of Business Finders Canada (BFC) a professional Business and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in the sale of businesses and commercial property. I opened the doors of Business Finders Canada in 2009.
We now cover the entire province and are also looking to grow regionally and as a franchise. We are not your typical full service commercial brokerage listing businesses and commercial property. We are involved in many business and commercial property transactions.

My team and I are experts in commercial real estate as well as Business transactions. I bring more than 25 years of sales related experience to the table. My expertise encompasses many fields over several industries. As I have owned businesses, managed businesses, and been on both sides of franchising. I work in the development, commercial and construction industry.
As a board member of the Downtown Kelowna Association I advocate on behalf of downtown business owners and landlords. Strong leadership and the ability to negotiate successfully for others have earned my title as “The Dealmaker.” I want to positively impact the community. Helping business owners overcome obstacles and show growth is something I do for a living, day in and day out.
